| Business Machine Warranty Policy The terms of this warranty comprise the full extent of Jasco Pty Limited’s liability for any claim in respect of the products, the use of same or any damage of a consequential nature. Jasco Pty Limited must be contacted for assessment on all warranty claims. Jasco Pty Limited contact details on Jasco’s website. Jasco Pty Limited reserves the right to repair or replace any defective part(s), component(s) or machine covered by this warranty. Where a successful warranty claim is made, Jasco Pty Limited will provide replacement part(s), component(s) or servicing at no charge. Warranty is void if defect is due to misuse, negligent handling or if the product has not been installed and used in accordance with the operating manual. Products may be required to be sent to Jasco Pty Limited or its Authorised Service Agent for assessment or service. Warranty does not extend to transportation or delivery costs associated with sending product to or from Jasco Pty Limited or its Authorised Service Agent. Jasco Pty Limited takes no responsibility for any damages caused during transportation or delivery of product to or from Jasco Pty Limited or its Authorised Service Agent. Product weighing over 25kgs will be repaired at its operating site unless stated otherwise by Jasco Pty Limited or its Authorised Service Agent. Warranty extends only to the original product purchaser and to purchases made in Australia. Proof of purchase will need to be provided so that original purchaser can be verified. Warranty does not extend to any wearable component including but not limited to: blades, cutting sticks, cutting bulbs, drill bits, base boards, feed wheels, separators, fuses and staple inserts. Warranty period does not extend to service agreements entered into with any third party. All non warranty service and repairs should be completed by an authorized service agent and charged at the service agent’s set price.
